Ai+ launched its first smartphones in India — the Nova 5G and Pulse — in July last year. Now, the brand is preparing to introduce the successor to the Pulse, which is expected to be called the Ai+ Pulse 2. Ahead of its official debut, the smartphone has appeared on Flipkart, where the company has already made its dedicated microsite live.
This also confirms that the device will be available for purchase via Flipkart after launch. On the platform, Ai+ is teasing the upcoming phone with the tagline “Stronger, Sharper and Unstoppable.”
Expected launch date in India
The company has not yet officially announced the launch date of the Ai+ Pulse 2. However, tipster Sanju Choudhary claims that the smartphone will launch in India on February 24.
According to the tipster, the brand is also planning to unveil new NovaPods audio devices and NovaWatch wearables on the same day. Reportedly, Nova is preparing to introduce five earbuds and four smartwatch models alongside the smartphone.
Expected price in India
As per the tipster, the Ai+ Pulse 2 4G is expected to be priced at Rs 6,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant in India. If this turns out to be accurate, the new model will be more expensive than its predecessor, the Ai+ Pulse, which was launched at a starting price of Rs 4,999.
Ai+ Pulse 2 specifications and features (expected)
In terms of specifications, the Ai+ Pulse 2 is tipped to feature a 6.74-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. The device is expected to be powered by a Unisoc chipset and may run on QuantumOS.
For photography, the smartphone could offer a 50-megapixel main rear camera. Images shared by the tipster suggest that the phone may be available in five colour options: Pink, Green, Purple, Blue, and Black.
Separately, Passionategeekz reported on X that the Ai+ Pulse 2 will come with a 6.745-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a V-notch design. The device is expected to be powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset.
The report further suggests that the phone will feature a 50-megapixel main rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. It is said to pack a 6000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.
Additional features may include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance. The smartphone is expected to run on Android 16 and could be available in two variants: 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. The phone’s dimensions are tipped to be 165.72×76.7×8.5mm.
