Google Pixel 10a India Launch on Feb 18

Interest in the Google Pixel 10a is rising in India after the American tech company Google confirmed the phone will officially arrive on 18 February 2026. A dedicated microsite is now live, making it clear when and where the phone will go on sale.

Pixel 10a Launch Date and Availability

The Google Pixel 10a microsite is now live on Flipkart. This confirms that the phone will be sold in India through the e-commerce platform. It will also be available on the Google India online store. According to the company, pre-orders for the Pixel 10a will begin on 18 February.

Design, display and colour options

On Flipkart’s page the Pixel 10a is shown in a blue finish. The design features a flat metal frame and a pill-shaped camera module on the back enclosing a dual rear camera setup. The power and volume keys sit on the right edge of the phone.

Reports suggest the Pixel 10a will have a 6.3-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness. The front is expected to use a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Leaked renders indicate additional colour choices may include green, red and black.

Performance and software

The Pixel 10a is expected to run on Google’s own Tensor G4 chipset, which the company says will deliver smooth everyday performance and enhanced AI features. For extra security, the phone should include a Titan M2 security chip.

Software is likely to be a major selling point: reports say the Pixel 10a will launch with Android 16, and Google may promise up to seven years of OS and security updates. That means buyers could continue receiving new software and features for many years after purchase.

Camera, connectivity and battery

In the camera department, the Pixel 10a is said to include a 48MP main rear sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. A 13MP front camera is expected for selfies and video calls.

Connectivity options reportedly include dual-band 5G, e-SIM support, a USB Type-C port and NFC. The phone is also said to pack a large 5,100mAh battery that will provide all-day use.

The listing mentions both wired and wireless charging, and states the battery will support 1,000 charging cycles.

Expected price

Leaks claim the 128GB Pixel 10a could be priced around $499 (approximately ₹44,000), placing it in the premium mid-range segment. At the 18 February event, Flipkart and Google’s store may also announce exchange offers and bank discounts.
