Google has launched its new affordable Pixel smartphone in India as well as global markets. The device arrives as an upgrade to last year’s Pixel 9a. The Google Pixel 10a retains a design similar to the previous model, but the company has introduced several important upgrades in terms of features.
The Pixel 10a comes with a 5,100mAh battery, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. Pre-orders for the smartphone have already started on Flipkart.

Google has introduced the Pixel 10a in India at a price of ₹49,999. The phone is available in a single variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
As part of the launch offers, customers can get an instant cashback of ₹3,000 when making the payment using select HDFC Bank cards.
EMI offers, pre-orders, and availability
Under the Google Pixel upgrade program, buyers can purchase the phone at a monthly installment of ₹2,083. The company is also offering no-cost EMI options for up to 24 months, along with an exchange bonus of up to ₹3,000.
Pre-order bookings for the Pixel 10a have already begun from 9 PM on Flipkart and the Google India online store. The first sale is scheduled for March 6.
The smartphone is available in multiple colour options, including Berry, Fog, Lavender, and Obsidian.
Display and software
The Google Pixel 10a features a 6.3-inch Actua pOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. For protection, the display is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. It also offers peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits.
The phone runs on Android 16. Google is promising 7 years of OS and security updates with this device.

The Pixel 10a is powered by Google’s Tensor G4 chipset. It also includes the company’s in-house M2 security processor.
