Nothing Phone 4a Series Global Launch on March 5: Specs, Price & Features Revealed

Nothing has officially announced the launch date for its next phones. CEO Carl Pei revealed on an Apple event invite that the brand’s new smartphones will be unveiled on 5 March 2026. The company says this will be a global launch, with the new Nothing Phone (4a) and Nothing Phone (4a) Pro arriving simultaneously in India and several other countries.

What to expect from the lineup

The 4a series is expected to include two models: Nothing Phone (4a) and Nothing Phone (4a) Pro. Several leaks have already surfaced about the series, and Nothing’s announcement even showed the “(a)” in its logo in blue, pink, yellow, white and black — a hint those could be the color options for the phones.

Configurations, colors and storage

Leaks say both phones will come in two memory configurations: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The standard Phone (4a) is likely to be offered in Black and White, while the Pro model may appear in Black and Silver. These are based on the information currently circulating in leaks.

Performance, memory and battery (from leaks)

According to recent leaks, the Phone (4a) Pro will use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7-series chipset. (The previous Phone 3a Pro used the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3.) The phones are said to include LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Other leaked details mention eSIM support, a 5100mAh or 5200mAh battery, and 50W fast charging.

Camera setup

Leaked specs suggest the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro could ship with a triple rear camera setup. The back panel is reported to feature a 50MP Samsung sensor with OIS, a 50MP Sony periscope lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, the new phones are said to include a 50MP front camera.

Display details

Both the Phone 4a and Phone 4a Pro are expected to use flat OLED screens with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Phone 4a may come with a Full HD+ resolution, while the Pro could offer a 1.5K resolution. Exact screen sizes have not been revealed.

Pricing in India

Early indications suggest the 4a series will be priced higher than the Phone 3a range. The Nothing Phone 4a’s starting price in India is expected to be around ₹30,000, while the Phone 4a Pro could be around ₹40,000, which would place them in the mid-range segment based on those figures.
