Samsung has expanded its budget 5G lineup in India with the launch of the Galaxy A07 5G. The South Korean brand is also preparing to introduce the Galaxy F70e in the country next week. The new Galaxy A-series phone focuses on long battery life and everyday performance, featuring a 6,000mAh battery and a 50MP primary camera.

Samsung has launched the smartphone in two storage variants — 4GB RAM + 128GB and 6GB RAM + 128GB. The base variant is priced at ₹15,999, while the top model costs ₹17,999.

It is available in Light Green, Black, and Light Violet colour options. Buyers can also avail a ₹1,000 bank discount on purchase. The phone can be purchased from Samsung’s official website as well as online and offline retail stores.

Samsung has used its traditional Infinity-U waterdrop notch design on the front. The phone measures 167.4 x 77.4 x 8.2mm and weighs around 199 grams. For basic protection against dust and splashes, it carries an IP54 rating.

Performance and Software

Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded further using a microSD card, with support up to 1TB.

The Galaxy A07 5G is a dual-SIM smartphone running Android 16-based One UI 8. Samsung claims the phone will receive six Android OS upgrades along with six years of security updates. The company also highlights support for 12 5G bands, which it says is segment-leading.
