Vivo X300 Ultra Tipped to Launch Soon With Twin 200MP Cameras, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 & 7,000mAh Battery

Vivo is rapidly expanding its smartphone lineup in India. The company recently confirmed that the Vivo V70 series is set to launch in the country on February 19. Now, fresh details about the Vivo X300 Ultra have surfaced, suggesting that the phone could arrive soon in India and other global markets.

According to a recent report, the Vivo X300 Ultra may launch next month alongside the Vivo X300 Max. While Vivo has not officially confirmed the launch of these two new models in the X300 series, their specifications and features have been circulating online for some time.

Most recently, a tipster has leaked key details of the Vivo X300 Ultra, including its chipset, camera setup, battery capacity, charging speed, and display features. The report claims that Vivo will equip the phone with a Snapdragon 8-series processor along with a massive 7,000mAh battery.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications (Expected)

In a post on X, tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata) shared the main specifications and features of the alleged Vivo X300 Ultra. These include the display size, chipset, battery capacity, and camera configuration.

He also claimed that after its expected launch in China, the smartphone will make its way to India and other global markets. As per the leak, the Vivo X300 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which is built on a 3nm manufacturing process.

7,000mAh Battery With 100W Fast Charging

The Vivo X300 Ultra is said to pack a large 7,000mAh battery. According to the report, the phone will support 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging.

The upcoming Vivo flagship could also feature a 6.82-inch 2K flat LTPO OLED display. For durability, it is expected to come with an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. The device may also include a USB 3.2 Type-C port.

Quad Rear Camera Setup With Two 200MP Sensors

On the camera front, the Vivo X300 Ultra is tipped to feature a quad rear camera setup. This is expected to include a 200-megapixel primary camera.

The phone may also get a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with continuous optical zoom support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 5-megapixel sensor aimed at delivering “better color accuracy.” For selfies, the smartphone is said to offer a 50-megapixel front camera.

Reports suggest that the Vivo X300 Ultra could be launched in China after the Spring Festival, which concludes on March 3. Following that, the smartphone is likely to be introduced in India and other global markets as well.
